Convert fluently between fraction, decimal, and percent form, apply percent increase and decrease with the base identified from context, and distinguish proportional from non-proportional situations.

Introduce exponential notation, perfect squares and square roots, and formal GCF and LCM - three genuinely new Grade 7 tools built on Grade 6's factor skills.

The Algebra Bridge: Expressions, Equations, and Inequalities

Stretch Grade 6's expression, equation, and inequality skills to include decimal and negative coefficients and monomial subtraction, the true opening of Grade 7 algebra.

Circles: Circumference and Area

Build the circumference and area formulas from the radius-diameter relationship, a shape Grade 6 measurement never touched, reusing Lesson 5's square-root skill to solve backward from area to radius.
