Who we are

Winny Math provides online math tutoring for students from elementary through first-year university. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: parent/guardian name, email, and phone number.
• What you tell us about the student: grade/level, course or topic, and goals.
• Anything you include in the message field of our contact form.
• Basic technical data (e.g. the page you submitted from) to prevent spam and abuse.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a tutoring plan.
• To schedule sessions, match a tutor, and deliver the service you ask for.
• To send service messages (confirmations, reminders, your meeting link).

Students under 18

For any student under 18, a parent or guardian must hold the account and consent to sessions. We collect only what we need to tutor, and we never share a student's schoolwork or personal information outside the people delivering the engagement.

Payments

Payment is by Interac e-Transfer to our accounting inbox. We never ask for, or store, card or banking details inside a chat or form.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the assigned tutor and the service providers we use to run the business (e.g. email, scheduling, and video tools), and only as needed to deliver tutoring.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected]. You can opt out of non-essential messages whenever you like.
