Yes - circles with equal radii are exactly the same size and shape, so they are congruent.

And one from the hard end

Two octagons appear nearly identical and have matching side lengths, but when traced and overlapped, each corner of one octagon is rotated slightly out of alignment with the other. Are the octagons congruent, and why isn't checking side lengths alone enough?
